  1. El Macero in Davis has been given the Safest Community award.  Word is that this new suburb revitalization is really great! Everyone should want to live there!
  1. Saint Mary’s Catholic Church is asking for donations of coats.
  1. A small chain of hardware stores is looking for investors.
  1. People on the street are looking for the six-foot tall red headed man.
  1. A new gentlemen’s club is opening soon in Roseville, local luminaries are saying it will include fine dining and polished entertainment.
  1. A soda machine exploded at a local buffet injuring the person using the fountain.
  1. Don't count on those 0% offers anymore, says MSN Money columnist Liz Pulliam Weston.  The credit card party is officially over.
  1. Law suits are flying after last weeks Blood Bowl.  Several blood donors are suing the bowling ally and blood-bank for injuries sustained after giving blood.  The blood-bank is blaming the bowling ally for the injuries due to their seventy cent beer night that they also allowed to happen on the same night.
